Information we collect

Sophia's Star Cleaning LLC collects contact details, service addresses and booking details through our forms, calls and messages. Stripe handles payment details; we never see or store full card numbers.

How we use information

We use this information to schedule services, prepare estimates, send invoices and communicate with customers.

Our service providers

We share information with service providers for these purposes: Stripe for payments, Zoho Books for invoicing and accounting, Quo for phone calls and text messages, and Google Analytics for website analytics.

We do not sell personal information.

Website analytics and your choices

Google Analytics is on by default and measures public visits and basic form outcomes. You can turn it off and save your choices, or opt out of all optional measurement, using the Privacy & tracking preferences control below. Marketing measurement is off by default; Google Ads and Meta remain inactive until separately approved and configured. Advertising personalization is disabled.

When enabled, providers receive limited events and ordinary connection data, including IP address and browser/device information, and may use cookies. Our event layer excludes form answers, names, contact details, booking tokens and private routes; it sends only known public page addresses without query strings, fragments or referrers.

Saved choices last up to 180 days in this browser without renewal by visits. With storage blocked, choices last only in this tab until reload. Missing, expired or invalid choices return to analytics on and marketing off. Global Privacy Control (GPC) and Do Not Track turn optional measurement off. Opting out stops future optional measurement and removes accessible measurement cookies, but does not erase data already received by providers. Forms and navigation still work.

Replit/Umami hosting analytics is separate and may collect automatic visits independently. The Privacy & tracking preferences control does not govern that platform-injected tracker. No additional Umami tracker is installed.

Access, corrections and deletion

You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information by contacting us using the phone or email below.

Keeping records and policy updates

We keep records as long as needed for service and accounting. We may update this policy and will change the last-updated date when we do.
