House Cleaning in Berkeley

For a shared rental in Berkeley, clarify which bedrooms and common areas are part of the request and who will provide access. A room-by-room list helps avoid treating an entire shared household as one tenant's cleaning scope.

If the visit is linked to a lease change, provide the handover deadline and say whether every room will be empty. Move-in pricing requires an unfurnished, empty property. Discuss allergies and product preferences before the visit rather than assuming a particular product is safe for everyone.
